You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a new item is to return the one you have, then make a new purchase once the return is accepted.

Cooling-Off Period in the European Union
If your order is shipped within the EU, you have a 30-day period to cancel or return your order without providing a reason. The eligibility requirements (item condition, packaging, etc.) remain the same.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or denied.
